Provide details describing your challenge, your company, and what you want to get out of the session. We will communicate with you to facilitate selecting a date and time based on available slots.

Complete self-assessment.

Before the session, you will receive a structured self-assessment to complete. This enables us to start the session informed and focused. You are not spending half the session explaining your situation.

03.
We review and prepare.

garnerOne reviews both the intake form and the self-assessment before the session. The goal is to spend every minute of the session on your situation, not gathering background information.

04.
The session.

A focused 45 to 60 minute video call session with garnerOne’s founder. Direct, specific, and built entirely around your challenge, focusing on prioritized recommendations.

Summary & Recommendations.

Shortly after the session, you receive a written summary of the key points discussed and a prioritized set of recommendations you can act on immediately.

If you are unsure whether your challenge fits, reach out and describe it to us. We will confirm fit before the session takes place. We will not suggest a session for something we cannot add genuine value to.

Only two steps.

First, complete the intake form at the time of booking. This gives us the initial context we need.

Second, you will receive a pre-session self-assessment after booking. Complete it.

The more specific and honest you are in both, the more focused and useful the session will be.

There is no other preparation required on your end.

If you decide to engage in further services with us, it will be our pleasure to continue adding value.

In fact, the $895 session fee will be credited toward any regular garnerOne engagement booked within 30 days of the session.

Yes. Each session is a standalone engagement built around a specific challenge or question. Clients with multiple distinct challenges or topics find additional sessions a practical way to get focused direction without committing to a larger engagement.

Clients who need ongoing strategy, execution, or a more structured commitment typically find a monthly retainer a more effective and cost efficient path forward though.

Fully refundable for cancellations made more than 5 business days before the session.

Cancellations within 5 business days are non-refundable.

One reschedule is permitted at no charge with a minimum of 3 business days notice.

A second reschedule or any reschedule with less than 3 business days notice incurs a $150 rescheduling fee, invoiced before the new session is confirmed.

Yes. Everything discussed during the session and shared through the intake form and pre-session self-assessment is treated as confidential. garnerOne does not share, reference, or disclose client information to third parties. The booking form includes a confidentiality acknowledgment that both parties agree to before the session is confirmed.
